Apple Crumble

Recipe Of Apple Crumble:

Apple grated 3
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Lemon skin ½ tsp
Cinnamon ground ¼ tsp
Raisin 50 gm
Walnut chopped 50 gm
Butter 1 tbsp
Sugar 125 gm
Milk 300 ml
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Beaten egg 3
Vanilla essence few drops

• In a wok heat 300 ml milk, add 125 gm sugar, 2 pinch of cinnamon powder, few drops of vanilla essence and 3 grated apples.
• Cook till I comes to a boil, then add 2 tbsp custard powder and cook till custard thickens.
• Now add raisins and walnut, mix well.
• Remove custard in a bowl, add 3 beaten egg, 1 tbsp lemon juice and ½ tsp lemon skin.
• Greased cake mold or pie mold with 1 tbsp butter. Pour prepared mixture in greased mold.
• Pour 1 glass of water in oven tray, put mold in it and bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
• Then remove from oven and serve cold.
