Bajray ki roti

Bajray ki roti:

Millet Flour 250 grams
White flour 3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 cup

1. Mix 250 grams of millet flour and 3 tsp of plain white four.
2. Add 1 tsp salt, water and knead well.
3. Make 4 balls out of it, roll it and fry from both the sides.
4. On the griddle put little water so that the roti gets crispy.
5. Remove from the griddle and put clarified butter on the top of it.
