Chicken Baby Corn Mushroom

Recipe Of Chicken Baby Corn Mushroom:

Chicken breast (sliced) 2
Baby corn sliced 1 cup
Mushrooms chopped ½ cup
Spring onion 1
Capsicum 1
Green chilies 4
Garlic 4 cloves
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Oil 2 – 3 tbsp

Heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add4 cloves of chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.
Add in sliced chicken and fry well for 3 – 4 minutes.
When its color turn to golden brown add chopped green chilies, 1 chopped spring onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 cup sliced baby corn and 1/ cup mushroom.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add ½ cup water, salt to taste and ¼ tsp black pepper.
Lastly thicken sauce with 1 tbsp corn flour paste. Serve with boiled rice.
