Recipe Of Chocolate malt cookies:

Ingredients

  • Shortening or butter 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 ¼ cup
  • Malted milk powder ½ cup
  • Chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chopped chocolate 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup


Method
Beat shortening, brown sugar, malted milk powder, chocolate syrup and vanilla for 2 minutes add egg beat. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt, gradually add in to shortening mixture, fold in chocolate and chocolate chips, shape dough into 2 inch balls, arrange 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet, bake on 190 degree C for 12 to 14 minutes, cool on baking sheet before removing.
