Cream roll:


Ingredients:

Puff pastry
Cream whipped 8 ounces
Icing sugar 2 ounce



Method:

1. Roll the puff pastry, cut into strips. Put on cream horns, brush with egg.
2. Bake on 250 C for 20 minutes.
3. Remove, cool, fill with cream.
