Katsu Chicken By Chef Shireen Anwer

Recipe Of Katsu Chicken:

Boneless breast 2 flatten
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Bread crumbs as required
Ingredients for Sauce
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Marinate 2 flatten chicken breast with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper, spread in 4 tbsp flour, dip in 1 beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs, press it very well with the palm of your hand so it become thin and big, deep fry in a frying pan till crisp over medium flame for 10 minutes, remove and cut into strips, pour drizzle with mayonnaise sauce, serve as a appetizer.


Method for Sauce
Mix together 4 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Serve with appetizer. :)
