MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE


MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE:

Ing:

2 cups milk
3 oz chocolate
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
To serve :
2 tbsp cream
Chocolate, grated
Cinnamon sticks

Method :
Heat milk and chocolate and stir till chocolate dissolves. Add in sugar and cinnamon. Pour immediately into mugs and top with cream, sprinkle chocolate and serve with long cinnamon sticks, as a spoon. :)
