Recipe Of Panjeeri:

1 kg semolina
250 grams gond
250 grams makhanay
½ kg sugar
2 cups clarified butter
125 grams Melon seeds
125 grams raisins
125 grams coconut
125 grams Pistachios
125 grams Cashew nuts
125 grams Almonds

1. Heat 2 cups of clarified butter and stir 1 kg semolina in it.
2. Add 125 grams of cashew nuts and fry till light golden.
3. Take it out and cool down and keep aside.
4. Add ½ kg sugar and keep aside,
5. Now heat the clarified butter and fry the maakhanay for 10 minutes.
6. Now crush half of the makhanas and leave half of it.
7. Now heat the ½ cup ghee and sauté the gondh until crispy.
8. Now crush it and mix with sooji, makhanay, melon seeds, raisins, coconut, pistachios and almonds.

Its very Powerful and Energetic for Brain working and Body.
