Samosay ki chaat

Recipe Of Samosay ki chaat:

Ingredients:


  • Aloo samosas 2
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Sev as required
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required
  • For Tamarind chutney:
  • Palm sugar 200 gram
  • Tamarind 100 gram
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Sonth ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chutney ingredients:
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Yoghurt ½ cup
  • Khattai powder ½ tsp
  • Raw mango 1
  • Garlic 1 tsp


Method:
To make green chutney, put mint, onions, salt, green chilies, yogurt, khattai powder, raw mango, garlic and blend all together until smooth.
To make imli ki chutney, soak palm sugar and tamarind for 2 hours and squeeze the water out by your hands.
Now in a pan, add salt, crushed red chilies, sonth, chat masala, cumin, palm sugar and tamarind. Cook until it gets thick.
Now take a serving dish. Crumble the samosa in your hand and place on the dish. Top with sev, yoghurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney and mix well. Serve.
