Recipe Of Tandoori Chargha

Ingredients:

  • Chicken whole 1kg
  • Prepared tandoori masala 3tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • Tandoori masala
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Allspice powder 1tbsp
  • Chili powder 3tbsp
  • Orange-red color 1/2tsp
  • Coriander seeds 3tbsp roasted and ground
  • Fennels seeds 2tbsp roasted and ground
  • White cumin whole 3tbsp roasted and ground
  • Method for making tandoori masala
  • Mix all together, grind finely, fill bottle and use accordingly.

Method for chargha

Give cuts on whole chicken very well. In a bowl add hung curd, prepared tandoori masala, salt, lemon, vinegar , ginger garlic paste and oil.
Mix all well and marinate chicken for 2 hours.
Put in a pan and cook on low flame till chicken is done.
Dish out this and garnish with Salad Leaves.
