Cheesy lemony cake

Cheesy lemony cake:

Soft butter 7 ½ ounce
Cream cheese 7 ½ ounce
Sugar 1 cup
Lemon rind 1 tbsp
Eggs 3
Self raising flour 1+1/4 cup heaped
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Few drops of yellow color

1. Pre heat oven to 180 degree C.
2. Grease 8 or 9 inch ring mould. In a separate mould beat butter, cream cheese and lemon rind until a smooth light mixture is formed.
3. Add in sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Then add in eggs one at a time until just combined.
4. Fold in self raising flour in two batches and beat on low speed.
5. Add the essence and color, spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake on 180 degree C for 1 hour.
6. Turn cake onto wire rack to cool, put a Cream Chesse layer on the top.
