Recipe Of Chicken Patties


Ingredients for filing

  • Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Pepper ½ tsp

Method for filling

Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped onion till soft.
Add in flour with salt and pepper. Add milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
Mix in chicken pieces, keep aside, roll out the dough 1/8 inch thick, cut with 3 inch round pastry cutter.
Place in a baking tray, brush with beaten egg, put 1 tsp of chicken filling in each.
Cover with another piece of the same size then with a small size cutter, just press the top to seal.
Then brush it with a beaten egg, bake on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
