Lite chocolate chip cookies By Chef Zarnak
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Sifts together flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, vanilla essence, and egg white until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the butter until moistened. Mix in chocolate chips last. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated
