Chocolate mint pie:
Ingredients
3-4 tbsp butter, melted
1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
8 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp mint essence
½ tsp green food color
1 cup cream
½ cup chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp melted chocolate
1 cup whipped cream, to decorate
Mint chocolates, to decorate

Method :
Mix melted butter with chocolate cookie crumbs and press down and on
sides all the way up in a 9” tin or pie plate. Let chill till filling
is being made. For the filling beat cream cheese with icing sugar, mint
essence, green color, cream and fold in the chocolate chips. Remove
base from fridge and drizzle some melted chocolate on the base. Let set
and then gently put the green filling over, let set well and decorate
with cream and mint chocolate.
