Chocolate sour cream cake with frosting:
Ingredients
- Butter or shortening 5 ounces
- Sugar 1 ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1 ½ cup
- Coco powder 2 ounce
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Melted chocolate ½ cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
Method
Pre heat oven to 180 degree C, grease and flour 13*9 inches baking pan and keep aside. Sieve together flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, mixed with salt and keep aside, in a large bowl beat shortening and sugar on medium speed until combine, add in melted chocolate, sour cream, alternately add flour mixture and milk, beat on low speed after each addition until combined. Spread batter in prepared pan bake for 30 to 35 minutes, cool completely on wire rack, spread with fudge frosting.

In a large pan melt chocolate and butter on low heat cool for 10 minutes mix in cream, stir in icing sugar, beat until smooth.
