Baked keema

Baked keema:

Mince ½ kg
Onion brown and grinded 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
Kabab chini grinded ½ tsp
Melon seeds grinded 1 tbsp
Raw papaya grinded 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic till light golden
2. Add the ginger garlic to the mince with the oil, grinded kabab chini, melon seeds grinded, raw papaya, yogurt, salt, all spice, chili powder, chopped coriander and green chilies, mix very well
3. Transfer into a oven proof baking dish, bake in a pre heated oven 160 degree C for 30 minutes, give smoke of coal, garnish with onion rings, tomato rings and green chilies.
