Ginger cookies |
Ingredients
- Butter 200 gm
- Flour 12 ounces or 1 ½ cup
- Soda by carb ½ tsp
- Brown sugar 6 ounces
- Egg 1
- Ginger powder 1 tsp heaped
- Burn sugar syrup 2 tbsp
In a bowl add butter, brown sugar, egg, dried ginger, soda by carb, burn sugar syrup, beat altogether for at least 5 minutes add in the sieved flour, beat till it form into crumbs, leave beater mix with hands to form into a dough, roll dough, cut with plane cookie cutter, prick cookies with fork, spread on a ungreased cookie sheet, bake on 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
