Potato Salad with Dressing
Ingredients
Potatoes, peeled cubed & boiled 3 – 4
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Onion diced 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method
Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to toss with cubed potatoes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
