| Chocolate Peach Muffins |
Chocolate Peach Muffins:
Ingredients
Flour 250 gm
Butter 250 gm
Granulated Sugar 250 gm
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Egg 4
Peaches 3
Chocolate chip 50 gm
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Walnut chopped 100 gm
Method
• Beat together 250 gm sugar and 250 gm butter till creamy.
• Add in 4 eggs one by one, beat all very well.
• Then add 250 gm flour, few drops of vanilla essence and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix well.
• Now add 50 gm chocolate chip and 100 gm chopped walnut.
• Finely chop 3 peaches and keep aside.
• Pour a little batter in lined each muffin mold, put a little chopped peaches on it and then cover with batter.
• Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
• Then remove from oven, cool on a wire rack and serve.
