Chicken strogannoff with paste

Butter 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken breast Julian 1 cup
Mushrooms sliced 4
Cream 1 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomatos puree 2 tbsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp
Spring onion 1 chopped
Egg noodles boiled 2 cups

Melt butter in a frying pan add garlic paste with chicken fry for 2 minutes, add salt, paprika, tomato puree, mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes add freshly ground black pepper, cream, vinegar, simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens, sprinkle with spring onion, serve on a bed of noodles.
