Cookie Sticks Recipe


Ingredients

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Brown sugar ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Chocolate chips ¾ cups
  • Walnuts chopped ½ cup

Instructions

In a large bowl combine the oil, both the sugars, egg and vanilla essence, sieve together flour and baking soda, gradually add sieved flour to the sugar and egg mixture, mix well, divide dough in half on a greased baking sheet, shape each portion into a 15” by 3” rectangle about 3 inches apart, sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts press lightly bake on 190 Degree C for 10 minutes. cool for 5 minutes, cut with a serrated knife
