Fried ice-cream

Swiss roll of 3 eggs
Vanilla ice cream 1 liter

Ingredients for batter
Flour 2 ounces
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Milk ½ cup
Icing sugar 2 tbsp


Make Swiss roll cut with round cutter, put a scoop of ice cream, cover with another round cake piece mold it into a ball, freeze overnight, make batter, dip balls in batter, deep fry. Serve immediately.
