Arabian Sizzling Chicken

Recipe Of Arabian Sizzling Chicken:

Chicken breast boneless 2
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion half
Baby onion 3
Almond 25 gm
Pistachio 25 gm
Walnut 25 gm
Raisin 25 gm
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Boiled peas ¼ cup
Capsicum (juliennes) 1
Green olives few

• In a wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 chicken breast sliced. Cook till its color turn to golden brown.
• Then add half onion sliced, ¼ cup boiled peas, 25 gm almond, 25 gm pistachio, 25 gm walnut, 25 gm raisin and 3 baby onion cut into halves, cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
• Now add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper and 3 tbsp fresh cream. Cook for a few seconds and then turn the flame off.
• Add sliced olives and mix well.
• Now heat a sizzling plate, spread 1 capsicum cut into juliennes. Also add a few drops of oil.
• Then pour chicken mixture and serve hot.
