Cheese knots:

Ingredients
Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
Chili powder ½ tsp heaped


Method
1. Roll the puff pastry a little thick and glaze with a beaten egg
2. Mix the grated cheese mix with chili powder and sprinkle on the rolled rectangular puff pastry.
3. Spread well, roll the rolling pin over it, cut in small rectangular pieces, then make knots of it, wrap, turn twice, put on a baking tray, bake on 225 degree c for 15 to 20 minutes.
