Chicken Liver on Toast

Chicken Liver on Toast:


Onion (thickly sliced) 1
Butter 3 tbsp
Garlic crushed 3 cloves
Chicken livers ½ kg
HP sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Red chilies, crushed 1 tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Toast to serve with
Parsley, chopped to serve

Marinate livers with salt, HP sauce, black pepper and crushed red chilies. Saute onion in butter and add the garlic, add livers and sauté till color changes, add the chicken stock and let cook till done. Serve on toasts topped with parsley chopped.
