Recipe Of Chocolate fantasy:

Ingredients for Swiss roll
Eggs 4
Caster sugar 4 ounce
Flour 3 ounce
Coco powder 1 ounce
Vanilla essence 1 tsp



Method for Swiss roll
Sieve together flour and coco powder, beat eggs with caster sugar till light and fluffy, add essence, very gently fold in the flour and coco mixture, spread mixture in a well greased and paper lined Swiss roll tray, bake on 200 degree C for 10 minutes, remove and immediately spread on napkin and roll, keep aside.



Ingredients for filling
Tetra pack cream whipped 400 gm
Pineapple cubes 1 cup
Chocolate chips 3 tbsp

Method
On your Swiss roll spread cream, top with pineapple cubes and chocolate chips, roll gently and keep in a serving platter, before serving, top with grated chocolate, serve chilled.
