Crispy Chicken Cashew Bags by chef Zakir

Recipe Of Crispy Chicken Cashew Bags:

2 chicken breasts
½ kg samosa strips
Half capsicum
1 medium carrot
1 spring onion
1 egg
2-3 green chillies
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams cashews
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste

In a chopper, add chicken breast, cashews, capsicum, carrot, garlic cloves, sesame, spring onion, green chillies and coriander in it and finely grind them all together.
When the paste is ready, add beaten egg in it with salt to taste and pour the mixture into a bowl.
Now shape samosa strips in a cube shape.
In other half beaten egg, add flour and a little amount of water in it and form a paste.
Then place chicken paste in the middle of samosa strips and apply flour mixture to seal the corners.
Grease the baking tray with butter and place formed bags on it. Also brush some butter on them and keep the tray in 190c preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately
