Fried blueberries pie


Recipe Of Fried Blueberries Pie:

Ingredients for pie crust
Butter 4 ounces
Caster sugar 2 ounces
Flour 8 ounces
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Egg yolk 1
Chilled water to knead



Ingredients for filling
Blueberry pie filling as required



Method for pie crust
Beat butter, caster sugar, vanilla essence till fluffy, add egg yolk continue to beat, fold sieved flour and baking powder, mix well to form into a dough using chilled water as required, roll dough on a floured surface, cut into rounds with 3 inch cutter, roll round slightly, moisten edges with water, spoon 1 tbsp blueberry mixture on half of each round, fold un-topped half of round over filling, press edges with fork to seal, freeze for 30 minutes, deep fry until light golden, remove sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
