Recipe Of Papri:

Ingredients:
Flour ½ kg
Oil 10 grams
Oregano 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt as required
Method:
First, mix flour, oil, oregano, cumin seeds, salt and knead into a hard dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Now make small balls out of the dough and roll them flat into small discs
Deep fry these discs and hot oil.
