Rainbow Jelly Dessert


Ingredients
Mango flavored jelly 1 packet
Raspberry flavored jelly 1 packet
Banana flavored jelly 1 packet
Mixed fruit flavored jelly 1 packet
Orange flavored jelly 1 packet
Pineapple flavored jelly 1 packet
Strawberry flavored jelly 1 packet
Boiling water 7 cups
Evaporated milk 1 ½ cups
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp

Method
In separate bowls mix the mango, lemon, orange, raspberry, banana, pineapple and strawberry flavored jellies with 1 cup boiling water and let each cool to room temperature. Set in a large glass bowl, a loaf tin or individual bowls. Let each layer cool before adding the next one.
When set and chilled, pour over evaporated milk mixed with gelatin earlier dissolved. Chill again and serve cut in slices or form in individual moulds.
