Vegetable Burger
Vegetable Burger:

Ingredients 

  • Burger bun 4
  • Egg 2
  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 3
  • Peas boiled ½ cup
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Cabbage chopped ¼ piece
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Flour ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Ice berg 1 small
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup


Method
• In a bowl mix together boiled mashed potatoes, boiled peas, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and chopped cabbage.
• Add in salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
• Form into round patties, keep aside.
• Beat together eggs, flour, corn flour and ½ tsp black pepper. Also add in 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
• Dip each patty in prepared batter, coat with flour and shallow fry till golden brown.
• Spread one side of bun with mayonnaise, toast on a griddle.you can also put some cucumber ot sliced tomatoes.
• Pot an ice berg leaf on it. Now put vegetable patties on top. Cover with the other half and serve hot.
