Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into small strips
Garlic paste 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Hp sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Dp sauce 1 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp

Marinate chicken with Garlic paste 1 tsp, White pepper 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Soya sauce 1 tbsp, White vinegar 2 tbsp, Cinnamon powder 2 tsp, Hp sauce 2 tbsp, Chili sauce 3 tbsp, Dp sauce 1 tbsp, Yogurt 3 tbsp for 1 hour, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, pan fry chicken for 10 minutes till tender, serve on pita bread with tahini sauce, jalapeno pepper, onion Julian, salad leaves and jerkins.

Ingredients for tahini sauceTahini 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Garlic paste ½ tsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Beat all together till smooth.
